1 ½ C All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
¾ tsp ground Ginger
½ tsp Nutmeg

2 Eggs
¾ C Sugar
½ C Golden Corn Syrup
½ C Corn Oil
1 C Canned Pumpkin

½ C Raisins
½ C Walnuts - chopped
Bake at 325 F - approx 70 minutes
- Sift first 8 ingredients
- In a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients - stir until smooth
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until smooth
- Add Raisins and Walnuts if desired
- Pour into one greased bread pan
- Let cool and wrap in tin foil
