Oven Puffed Pancakes

1/2 banana mashed
1/2 oz Bailey
1 C milk
4 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp unsalted butter

- Preheat oven to 490 F
- On top of stove melt 1 tbsp of butter in a 8 inch frying pan
- Ladle in batter and leave on stove for 20 seconds
- Place frying pan in oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown and well puffed
