Banana Bread

½ C butter
1 C white sugar
2 Eggs
3 Ripe bananas - mashed
½ C Cold water
------------------------------
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 C flour - All Purpose

Bake at 350 F - approx 60 minutes

- Combine first 5 ingredients
- Sift and add dry ingredients
- Stir until smooth
- Pour into a greased bread pan and bake
- Let cool and wrap in tin foil
- Store for 24 hours before serving
