½ C Sliced Mushrooms
2 tbsp Butter
4 Eggs
1 C Sour Cream
1 C Small Curd Cottage Cheese
¼ C Flour
¼ tsp Salt
2 C Monterey Jack Cheese
6 oz Shrimp or Crab Meat
- Sauté mushrooms in butter.
- In bowl blend eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, flour and salt.
- Stir in mushrooms, cheese and seafood
- Pour into 9-10" quiche dish (greased)
- Bake 45 minutes @ 350 F (test middle with knife)
- Let stand 5 minutes then serve
- Approximately 6 servings
